We live in an interesting time where the world and the way it has traditionally functioned is being disrupted quicker and more deeply than ever before. The fashion industry is no exception to these contemporary realities but within these contemporary challenges lie also immense opportunities for fresh approaches in innovation and creative design. The House of Sanchez (THOS) Fashion School prides itself on its fresh, 21st century approach towards fashion’s unique take on the world of fashion and its instruction to its students. We are an entirely private institute that focuses on the most important parts of a traditional fashion curriculum and amplify it with the necessary hands-on experience, a serious entrepreneurial mentality, and a realistic global perspective of what it takes to thrive and succeed in the complex fashion world. Our class sizes are small ensuring each and every student receives the appropriate attention necessary to complete both the school’s required curriculum as well as the individual students’ personal objectives. A serious hunger to learn and a passion to freely expand upon the fundamentals taught is desired from our prospective students and welcomed. Here at THOS, we simply do not believe in the limitations of what determined artists can do.

Who’s Red Bottoms?

French born designer, Christian Louboutin won the legal right in 2012 against designer Yves St Lauren to trademark the signature red soles. He found the inspiration for his trademark red outer soles in 1993. “My assistant was sitting there, painting her nails red. I took one look and decided to color my soles red as a statement for the season,” The shoes were soon wore by Madonna. Although the right is his, St Lauren was granted,  by the courts, the right to use the red soles provided the entire shoe is also red.
